1995 Chevy Suburban V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 117K miles

My 5.7L misses at idle in or out of gear. Does not happen off idle. IAC tested out fine according to repair manual. A few weeks prior to the problem I had to remove the intake manifold to repair a busted off heater hose, replaced cap, rotor, plugs, wires. Ran fine for a few weeks and then started to see idle issues. Thank you for any advice.

Check for vaccum lkeas, let it idle and while your lettign it idle grab a can of carb. Cleaner and spray each vaccum hose and around the intake manifold and if the idle changes you have found a leak. Post back what you find.
