1995 Chevy Suburban Gauge constantly shows low voltage

My Batt gauge has been showing lower and lower voltage, I have replaced the battery and the Alternator, because of this gauge but it is still showing lowwer voltage the voltage regulator is in the Alternator and its a new unit any ideas?

Okay-lets check for power on the red wire at alternator battery terminal and also the browm wire-let me know what you got for voltages
