When you start the car it sounds like a hamster wheel (or rocks in a hub cap). When the car is moving and your not pressing on the gas it doesn't make this noise, but when you press the gas it will again. We did put some belt conditioner on the belt because of squeaking and this noise started right afterwards.

Drive slowly on a flat dry surface about 5 mph and turn the wheel left and right, do you hear a clicking noise or nothing?

And does it do it while the vehicle is in park and you try to accelerate? Same for neutral?

I did everything that you asked. When the car is in park and in neutral, when you accelerate the noise actually accelerates too. When going 5 mph it still makes the noise turning left and right. I did notice that when I put quite a bit of belt conditioner on this afternoon the noise went away for awhile. Any thoughts

Check your power steering fluid, and also take the drive belt off and wiggle all pulleys they should not wiggle or make noise when doing so also turn them all, they should be smooth not clunky
