1995 Chevy Suburban AM Radio Interferance

I have noticed over the last few months the AM radio interference is getting worse. It changes with the rpm of the engine. How can it be fixed. Is there an inline filter in the Suburban now or maybe a fuse that needs replaced? Or could it be linked to the alternator , if it is having electrical problems?

Hi there,

Check the radio and antenna earths, and fit a radio suppressor to the alternator, try this first.
