1994 Chevy Suburban V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i have a 1994 chevy suburban 1500, i had park it and the next day i went to start it was ok but wont move and then it was making a whinning noise and when i turn it off the noise was still there for like 3 seconds then it went away
