1994 Chevy Suburban relay noise?

I GET A LOUD CLACKING NOISE FROM UNDER DASH OF THE PASSENGER SIDE IN THE CAB WHEN I TURN ON THE IGNITION AND WHEN I TURN IT OFF. THE NOISE STOPS AFTER A COUPLE MINUTES. WHAT COULD IT BE AND HOW CAN I FIX?

Hi:
It sounds like a vent door is making noise. Have a helper turn the ignition on and off while you listen closely under the dash. Pay close attention to the HVAC ductwork.
