1992 Chevy Suburban over heat when a/c on

when i turn on my a/c my truck heats up very fast.from 40c to 100c very fast . turn the ac off goes right back down. i have put a new 4 core rad new heavy fan clutch and water pump even added some water wetter. very hard to get here. new a/c compressser new dryer. i thought at first it was just because it was over 40c but it is still doing the same thing now and it is down to 20-25 c. please help i am tired of changing parts. thanks mike . kuwait

Make sure the a/c compressor is properly charged with oil and coolant. If it's not it will put a heavy load on the engine. Also make sure your A/C clutch is not binding up. Water in extreme heat conditions will evaporate, anti-freeze/coolant like prestone is a must. This has a very high boiling point and will not evaporate. Try taking out the thermostat, this will make the coolant run cooler, but there is a trade off here, your heater will not work as good. Make sure all the fan-blades are intact. Make sure the radiator is clean,especialy in the front. Air must flow through the fins of a radiator evenly. Make sure the radiator is full.
