1992 Chevy Suburban Brake Caliber Locks up

This truck has ABS brakes. Could a malfunction in ABS system cause the brake to lock? Would removing the brake fuse solve the problem?

Best investigate the caliper pistons could be corroded and not retracting and also the brake hose acting as a one way check valve-And yes the ABS unit can be the problem
