I have 2004 4wd silverado with a5.3 v8. The last time I had my front end alligned the steering wheel was about 35 degrees turned to the left when going straight. I took it back and now it is about 35 degrees to right. Is it easy fix so I want have to take off work to take it back to same place? If so I would appreciate the info greatly.

Give them 1 more try. If they fail then have the wheel centered and present them with the bill since they were unable to properly complete work that they charged for

So its not something I could do myself? Do you have to pull Steering wheel or take loose the pitman arm?

I am going to change the itermediate steering shaft myself, the one that is known for the clunking sound when turning at slow speed, could I line up the steering wheel then?
