seatbelts is stuck?

My daughter put the seatbelt over and behind the head rest and now it is stuck. We have a 2007 Chevy Silverado. The seatbelt cannot be pulled out because it is locked. Do I have to take this to the dealer to unstick it?

Try moving the seat, or the seat recline to back of tension on belt.

Sometimes the seat belt will just need to be replaced, there are non-tamper proof parts so they can not be repaired. Here is how to replace it. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
