Brake lights hazzard lights stay on

I have a 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500HD 6.0 64,000 the problem is with my lights, every time I press on the brakes the hazard lights turn on and they stay on and when I release the brakes they turn off. My turning signals work but I as soon as a press the brakes they stop working and when I have the cruise control on as soon as I turn on the turn singals it turns off, this only happens when I have my headlights on
