Just recently purchased a left over 09 Silverado (flex fuel 5.3) with fuel management system. I traded a 1999 silverado with 200k on it (15 to 16 all day long). I noticed that the milage is not good. I'm getting at best 12.5 mpg. I realize it's winter and the vehicle is new, but i ahve talked to other people who own the same package, and they are also getting poor milage. I drive 100 miles a day to work and back, and closly watch the milage. My question is when (or if) i will see better days on the fuel milage. Thanks Jim
