My speedometer has went past the peg and is now stuck how do you take the dash off

The instrument cluster is bad. Remove the bezel around the cluster and there are four screws around the cluster assembly. Remove the ribbon from the back of cluster. Depending on the model an upload may be needed to program the new cluster.
