I noticed that my speedometer Is apx 10 mph off at 40 mph. I just had new tires inatalled (the original size) Could they have possibly have done something to the sesnsor? Is the sensor on the front wheels/rotors?

Cluster failure is very common and should check with your local dealer as it is still covered under recall
