2005 Chevy Silverado blower fan speed switch

we suspect that the switch is bad as we replaced the resistor and harness and have power to them but no response from the fan on any speed. I cant find directions on how to replace the switch.

Could be the blower motor itself power the purple wire at the motor from the battery positive post and see if the motor turns on.

At the blower switch the brown wire should have power with key On if not check the heater/AC fuse 30amp.
