2005 Chevy Silverado V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I am trying to figure out why I am not reading power from the battery feed wire (red) on my 7 pin connector. My truck is a 2005 Chevy Silverado pickup with the heavy duty towing package/wiring harness. Is there a fuse for this leg? if so where? or is it direct tap from battery somewhere? please help! THANK YOU.

Can you elaborate a pit more pin # 7 on what connector or what is the problem that you are trying to fix

At the connection point on the truck, all other pins test out properly, i.e. when brakes applied test light lights same with blinkers and running lights. However when I clip my tester from ground (-) pin to the positive (+) pin the tester does not light. I have taken a volt meter to confirm. This problem is affecting the interior light of my enclosed box trailer as the switch is not recieving power. I have also checked continuity between the switch and the connector (trailer end) to ground and it is good. Should the battery feed pin have constant power? I tried testing while headlights are on,also while cargo and truck interior lights on and still recieve no power at this (+) pin.

Still have no idea what pin you are looking at this is the wiring diagram for the interior lights and body control module
