2004 Chevy Silverado Where is fuse for computer

Son was installing sub wiring in truck he arked the ground and positive on battery checked battery ok fog lights come on and stay on truck will start but will not stay running disconnected alternator lights still on
used obd ll scanner to check computer error on scanner says check fuse
