My truck has a vibration and noise over 50mph I have replaced both front wheel bearings and the left outer axle needle bearing and seal and had the tires balanced and rotated nothing has helped turning the stearing wheel side to side will not affect the noise and putting the trans in neutral and letting the motor idle at hwy speeds will not change the noise

Check the front u-joints and make sure there is no damage to the front drive shaft. Also, check for a bent wheel and you may want to check alignment. Finally, can you describe the sound?
