2004 Chevy Silverado squeaks

when traveling under 10mph i hear loud squeaking coming from the middle of my truck as i speed up the squeaking gets faster and faster until it is no longer heard until i slow back down. it does not matter if i am on the brake or not or traveling forward or reverse. i think it is the driveshaft but not sure. any help would be appreciated. thanks

sounds like a bad u-joint.you can check it by unbolting the driveshaft at the rear diff and move the u-joint back/fourth and check for binding or if its frozen.hope this helps.
