2004 Chevy Silverado power controls

The power windows on the passenger side do not work and the heated front seats do not work and neither of the power seats will work? I have checked all fuses and none appear to be blown?

This same thing happened to my 03 silverado did you disconnect the battery cable and try to reset the computer. This worked for me
