2004 Chevy Silverado how to tell if bearings are going bad

had the back brake pads replaced 1 month ago by chevy dealer shop roters turn also now when i accelerate bad squealing noise coming from the back right tire never had this problem before the repair squealing noise seems to go away when i take my foot af the gas or its not as bad

noise is from the brakes, take it back and have them re-checked
