2004 Chevy Silverado Engine sputtering/missing

I drive 70 miles a day and about 60 of that is on the tollway at 55-70 mph. Several times in the past month while driving, the engine has felt like it was sputtering/missing like it was running out of fuel. Not a lot of information, but what may be going on?

Has the check engine light ever come on? Have you had the fuel pump pressure tested? When was the last tune up?
