2004 Chevy Silverado blower only working on setting 5

i just had my truck jumpstarted and now my blower on hot or cold onyl really puts out air on setting 5 i allready checked blower fuse not it before i take it in i wanna know what would have coused this and if i can repalce any of these parts would it be the blower resistor

Inspect and test the blower motor resistor this is the one that controls the speed of the blower motor by using resistances.
