Hello. My truck was running fine and then my husband decided to replace the battery with a new one before the winter months. When he replaced the battery, no juice (voltage), no nothing. Towed the vehicle to the Chevy dealership and they informed us that they could not get a reading and that it would cost us $2k for them to figure out which module may have went bad. I don't understand. The truck was running fine (and now I wished that the battery wasn't even messed with) and also the dealership said that the new battery was totally bad. The electrical cluster was replaced about 2 years ago and had been running smooth ever since, until the battery was replaced recently. The truck is completely dead and nothing comes on, even with a new battery. Is it possible that the new battery screwed up our truck? Also, how many modules will they have to test to find out which one is bad? Help!

You sure the hubby didn't put the battery backwards and blew a fusible link/s? I would start here-

Its like the house AC power when the main circuit breaker goes -you won't get power to your aircon/electric stove/refrigerator etc. Nada
