Truck feels like it is missing while idling, when you accelorate hard out on the road the lights will dim and you can see the voltage meter will drop from 14 to about 11. Needed new alternator and battery a while back - dealership installed - had them put on a new belt. I changed the sparkplugs cleaned throttlebody, engine is not throwing any codes.

It sounds like the alternator is bad. If you loose too much power, it can cause engine problems. Have you had the new alternator load tested?
