I have a 2004 chevy silverado Z71 with hard steering to one side, i already replace the power steering pump and it didn't take care of the problem. I lift front end and put on jack stands with motor on i can steer to both side easy and i turn the motor off and steering is fair. I've notice when the steering gets hard i hear the pump hissing all help appreciated..
