2003 Chevy Silverado windshield wipers

Wind shield wipers will not turn off unless you pull the fuse. When they are on the only speeds that work are slow and fast no intermittent. How can this be repaired?

Wiper module more than likely, if you can take a small wrench or screwdriver and lightly tape on plastic cover that you see on wiper motor in eangine compartment and make them act "different" replace the wiper module. Be sure to state wether on not you have delay wipers or not when getting a replacemant.
