i have a 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500. Im down here in Florida where we just got hammered by Hurricane Fay. The truck was in a parking lot that got heavy flooding, with water rising to the bumper. The truck has not started since and i already put in a brand new starter. It seems to be an electrical problem since it makes a weird click and the message board gets distorted when you attempt to start the truck. Any ideas on what i can do will be appreciated.
