2003 Chevy Silverado ruff idle

03 chevy silverado. Getting an intermittent rough idle and has a mass air flow code as well as a 171 and 174 codes (lean condition) replaced the spark plugs/wires, mass air flow and fuel filter. Also tested the fuel pressure and came out ok, but still getting the rough idle. Runs great at any speed besides idle. Any thoughts?

The lean mixtures usually indicate a vacuum leak. Have you checked for leaks?
