2003 Chevy Silverado oil pump

i lost all oil pressure all at one time without warning i have chenged the oil and filter and have deduced that it is the oil pump i have tried to take it out but cant see how would like to do with motor in truck if possible please help any help would be greatly appreciated

The oil pump is mounted by the timing chain lower gear. Did you remove the timing chain cover or the oil pan?
