2003 Chevy Silverado oil presure light

After starting th e truck i drive for about 10 min and the pil presure signal comes on low presure. I think that sluge is in the bottom of the pan and blocking the oil from pumping oil. So im going to replace the oil pump. My QUESTION is how do i get the cross member off I took loose the 4 bolts but that cross member wont budge a 1/4 inch was it pressed on there? Please Help I would of donated but Im flat broke no job money or truck till i fix this thank you for your help ill be able to get back on the road after this.

Have you tried a flush? gone up on oil viscosity?

Yes that what i was trying to get off. I did the flush and its doing fine now. I see the to bolts in the upright positoin that were not mention in the chilton manual.
