2003 Chevy Silverado flashing the computer

The computer on my vehicle is not stock. It has been reprogramed. Is there any way to have it flashed back to the stock program? The local (and only) Chevrolet dealership keeps telling me that they cant do it.

what do you mean its not stock, is it from a junk yard? what program is in it? usually they can onlyt up date the pcm with the current programs.
