Heater problem
2003 Chevy Silverado Four Wheel Drive Automatic 105,00 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
Yesterday I went to start the P/U. Battery was dead.
Replaced the battery and it started right away.

I now noticed that I couldn't raise or lower the blower speed. It was stuck in high speed. The control button showed that it went up faster or slower. But there was no actual change in fan speed. Turned the P/U off and the fan continued on high speed.

Pulled the 40 amp fuse and the fan stopped.

Any ideas?
Thanks

down by the heater box on the passenger floor. it has 4 to 6 wires on it by the blower motor. see if the plug is burned or not.
