2003 Chevy Silverado back brake rotor

Brakes problem
2003 Chevy Silverado V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My rear brake rotor will not come off. Removed the emergency brkae cable, tapped the hub of the rotor. I still am having no luck removing the rotor.
