i got a 2003 chevy silverado. the battery, starter, fuel filter is all new. the problem is that it barely wants to start when its cold. but fires up great when running for a while. any suggestions

Check fuel pump pressure, clean out the idle air control valve and test the TPS and MAP sensors.
