My passenger side rear tail light is not working. The brake and blinker work fine. I have replaced, switched.bulbs still no tail light. the fuses seem to be ok as far as I can tell. What else could it be

The light blue wire at the bulb socket could be open between it and the rear lamp junction block, front of rear bumper on crossmember
