2002 Chevy Silverado metal on metal grinding

the grinding happen after I turn a corner and start going strat. and after a short period the grinding goes away again.

You probably have a bad wheel bearing. Another thing could be the brakes but i dont see why they would grind only after turning. IF it were brakes they would most likely grind all the time so it's probably your wheel bearings.
