Try removing the negative cable only with the key and engine off. Leave off for 10-15 mins and try it.

Thanks merlin I tryed the battery neg off trick for 30 min. And still have same problem.
Will look for new fix befor dealer.

Can it be driven? Speedo working or not? Could be it need a new cluster, but have it scanned first by a shop that can read B codes.

Truck runs fine
speedo works fine
not gas gauge
and all the light stay on as posted befor.
Could be cluster it is after market spider cluster
or it could be something with the computer?

Scan it before spending the money, but I'd go with the cluster.

Well thanks for the help Merlin I tryed everything
to clear my cluster light so went to a shop to scan
no reading got home and really went over wiring.
Wire that I installed to alt. Had a bad spot that had rubed to the inside-shorted- giving me the lights on my panel freakin my computer out! Rrplaced wire removed the ground for 20min Wala! Computer reset and all is well. This is the kind of problems I bring on myself for customizing my ride. Thanks again for your input it is folks like you that make the internet a cool place to visit.
