2002 Chevy Silverado Driving noise

2002 CHEVROLET SILVERADO
68,000 MILES • V8 • 4WD • AUTOMATIC

I have a 2002 2500 HD that has 68000 miles and just started making a clicking/chattering noise from a stop when it reaches about 25 to 30 mph. It has no history of major issues and the noise stops if I let off the gas or after 30 mph.

Have you checked the CV joints?

I beleive it might be a CV joint, but the noise stopped as soon as it started.
