2001 Chevy Silverado vibration & humming

when steering my truck when driving or sitting idle i turn the wheel right or left it's a little hard to turn and vibrates while making a humming noise. i have plenty or fluid . could this be my pump going out.

It could be the pump. Is the belt tight?

the belt is tight , i just started up my truck last nigh and now the steering wheel will not turn at all. what do you think?
