2001 Chevy Silverado tach/speedo inoperable

I was driving & my tach & speedometer stopped working, also the odometer/drive indicator are not illuminated. I know its a fuse but i cant locate. Can you tell me where this fuse is located. Thanx

The voltage circuit for instrument cluster illumination is below. Not only check the fuse, check for voltage on the fuse circuit.
