MY BATTERY DIED AND NOW THAT I REPLACED IT NOW THE RADIO IS LOCKED -- CAN YOU HELP ME OUT?

You need your radio code. Sometimes it is written on the owners manual, other times it's not.

If it's not you will have to go to the dealership and pay a fee to get your radio code.
