Does the vehicle start and run? P0200 means injector circuit open, that might mean all of them.

The P0300 is a random misfire, usually a problem common to all cylinders. I'd check the injector issue first. B+ to the injectors goes hot with the key on. Now if the computer isn't grounding the injectors, that's another issue.
