2001 Chevy Silverado brake problem

truck shakes when i apply the brakes . I replaced the pads on front but didnt help. happens at any speed.

the problem is in the rotors, more than likly the front rotors on the front inside have rust pitting and hard spots, or the out side most edge of the rotor has a rust ridge where the pads ride, replace any rotors that have visible rust or pitting on them
