2001 Chevy Silverado Battery replacement and subsequent pro

I just replaced the battery. When I started the truck it barely idled. It would stall and low rpm. The speedometer isn't working and the ABS light on dash came on and wouldn't go off. Got any ideas?

Make sure your battery cable ends are clean and tight.
