2001 Chevy Silverado 4 wheel drive

i am starting to hear an occasional loud "click" in the front of the truck on the passenger side while driving in 4 wheel drive. I use 4 wheel drive often on back roads when it is raining. Any ideas?

If it's clicking when turning, check the CV joints when worn thats what they do...
