How would I adjust my parking brake? I need to have better grip when engaged.

there is an adjuster wheel under the brake rotor.

Do I need to take off the rotor? I have looked on the back my wheels and I can not locate it.

there might be a small rubber plug on the backing plate that fills an access hole. If not, you will have to remove the rotor.
