I have changed the spark plug wiring, new plugs and filters. When driving around 65MPH, the engine stops for a mega-second, the battery light turns on, and immediately the engines starts up again. When I stop I have a hard time starting the engine back on. This doesn't happen all the time, but I am very concern. If you can advise on what the problem might be it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It sounds electrical. Have you checked the basics such as a weak ground? Check the ground on the engine block to make sure it is clean and tight and the battery terminals are clean and tight.
