2000 Silverado - Running Rough Through Acceleration

I have a 2000 Silverdao 1500 4x4, 4.3 V6 automatic with 118,000 miles. During highway driving the truck runs fine up to about 50 mph, then from 50 to 65 it run rough, but does not lose power while trying to accelerate. Above 65 it run fine again. I had it tuned up last year (112,000 miles). Where do I start?

No, the engine light is not on. It seems like the problem occurs through third gear then as it shifts up it goes away.
