2000 Chevy Silverado vibration when driving

i recently purchased a 2000 chevy silverado with around 120k miles. It seems to have a vibration when i accelerate around 60 mph. it needs new tires but i think it could be that the tires are bad and possibly unballanced. any ideas on what it could be?

thats what it could be, have them rotated and balanced and see if that takes care of the problem
